How we protect our infrastructure and your data
Physical Security
Delphion data centres are designed with multiple layers of physical security. Access is restricted through perimeter controls, 24/7 monitoring, biometric and badge systems, and mantrap entry where applicable. Only authorised personnel with background checks can access secure areas. Visitor access is logged and escorted.
Infrastructure and Power Resilience
Our facilities are built for high availability and resilience. We use redundant power feeds, UPS systems, and backup generation to minimise downtime. Cooling and environmental systems are monitored and maintained to support continuous operation of critical infrastructure.
Network and Logical Security
Network segmentation, firewalls, and intrusion detection help protect our operational and management networks. We follow industry best practices for access control, patch management, and secure configuration. Customer data and traffic are isolated according to agreed service and compliance requirements.
Data Protection and Compliance
We treat data protection as a core requirement. Where we process personal data, we do so in line with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. For regulated industries and sovereign requirements, we can support tailored security and compliance discussions as part of our commercial engagement.
Incident Response and Transparency
We maintain incident response procedures to detect, contain, and resolve security and availability issues. Affected customers are notified in accordance with our agreements and legal obligations. We continuously review and improve our security posture in line with evolving threats and standards.
Reporting Security Concerns
If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability related to Delphion systems or services, please report it responsibly to operations@delphiondc.com. We will acknowledge and investigate reports in good faith and will not pursue legal action against researchers who follow responsible disclosure practices.
